TXT kicks off 3rd world tour 'ACT: PROMISE' with ethereal performances and fresh narratives

TXT , the sensational K-pop group , kicked off their highly anticipated world tour , “ACT : PROMISE,” with a heartfelt promise to their devoted fans, MOA , on May 3. The electrifying event took place at the iconic KSPO Dome in Seoul, setting the stage for three unforgettable nights filled with magic and music.

Setting the tone for their mesmerizing journey, TXT made a grand entrance from each corner of the stage, converging at the center as Yeonjun, adorned with a descending crown, symbolized the start of their enchanting narrative.


The atmosphere ignited as TXT unleashed their fiery passion, treating MOA to a powerhouse performance of their latest title track, “Deja Vu,” followed by the crowd-favorite “Run Away.”




Amidst thunderous applause, Soobin took center stage to extend a warm welcome to fans attending their latest world tour, declaring, “Welcome to everyone who has come to ‘ ACT : PROMISE ,'” embracing both the enthusiastic audience in the venue and those tuning in via the Weverse live stream, accessible for all three Seoul concerts .

After each member introduced themselves, Beomgyu expressed, “We counted the days until the concert.” Taehyun chimed in, saying, “I’m so happy to be with MOA on the first day of ‘ACT : PROMISE.’” Yeonjun shared, “The first concert is always nerve-racking, but I’m looking forward to it.”

TXT delighted the audience with a captivating gukak rendition of “Sugar Rush Ride,” accompanied by traditional hanbok attire, showcasing a seamless fusion of modern and classical influences.

In the midst of their performances, TXT made sure to engage with MOAs, igniting the crowd with their dynamic interaction. Transitioning seamlessly into a thrilling rock session, they began with a punk rock rendition of “New Rules,” followed by electrifying performances of “LO$ER=LO♡ER,” “Ghosting,” and “Thursday’s Child Has Far To Go.” The infectious energy had MOAs singing along enthusiastically, prompting Taehyun to playfully quip, “MOAs are so good at singing that I feel as if we should just pass the mic over.”

The stage sizzled as Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Huening Kai delivered a dynamic performance of their unit song, “Quarter Life,” followed by Yeonjun and Soobin’s mesmerizing rendition of “The KILLA (I belong to you),” featuring Yeonjun’s signature choreography.

TXT’s stage presence was further amplified with electrifying performances of “PUMA” and “Good Boy Gone Bad,” leaving fans on the edge of their seats.

Against a backdrop of twinkling stars, TXT unveiled soul-stirring performances of “Dreamer” and “Deep Down,” transporting MOA to a celestial realm of music and dreams.

As the concert drew to a close, the members offered their final thoughts. Taehyun disclosed, “We actually didn’t have that much time to prepare for this concert. At first, I wondered if it would be possible, but we didn’t want to show a lacking [performance], so the members and I mused over and practiced a lot to show our best for the three days.” Reflecting on his recent recovery from a cold, he shared, “I really felt that I was born to sing while looking at MOA. I’m happy beyond imagination thanks to MOA.”

Yeonjun added, “Even just the day before, we rehearsed until 1 a.m. We prepared this stage with a great sense of pressure, but contrary to our worries, MOA filled in [for what we were lacking] with such loud cheers and made us feel like [our hard work] is all worth it.”

Beomgyu chimed in, “As expected, I think MOA’s energy was great. Today, I was so nervous, I wondered if I could do well, but as soon as I saw MOA, I became confident and I felt a sense of certainty. I feel like we received a lot of strength from MOA.” With a touch of humor, he remarked, “To those watching the live broadcast, I heard all your screams. Thank you so much. Next time, let’s meet in person.”

Huening Kai expressed, “We did a 360-degree stage for the first time, and it was so fun because we could see all the MOAs. It was our first time, so I was worried how we would do this, but I gained strength immediately when I saw MOA. I think this [concert] will remain as a really great memory.” He encouraged fans to stay excited for TXT’s upcoming ventures.

Soobin shared, “A few days ago, I heard from MOA that love and hate are emotions that are contagious. Thanks to everyone, I think this space is filled with so much love.” He elaborated, “The world is really cold and sharp, but thanks to everyone, I feel like our world is really warm and soft.”

Looking ahead, TXT teased future endeavors, promising more unforgettable moments and expressing their excitement to reunite with fans around the globe.

With their latest album, “minisode 3: TOMORROW,” fueling their journey, TXT embarks on the U.S. leg of their world tour, eager to spread their message of love and inspiration to fans worldwide.
