Wheat flour – 1 cup

Gur powder – 2 tbsp

Almond flakes – 2 tsp

Pistachio flakes – 2 tsp

Desi ghee – as per requirement

Salt – 1 pinch

Method

- First of all, put flour in a mixing bowl and add a pinch of salt and mix it.

- After this, add one spoonful of desi ghee to the flour and then add water little by little and knead a soft dough.

- Then cover the dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes. When the dough is set, make big balls of equal proportion.

- Now, take a ball and roll it around. After this, take one spoonful of jaggery and place it in the middle, gather it from all sides, and close it.

- Then apply dry flour and roll it again. After this, take a flat plate and spread almond flakes all around it.

- After this, place the rolled paratha on the shavings and press it properly so that the almond shavings stick well on the paratha. After this, roll the paratha lightly.
