Makhana - 1/2 cup
Semolina - 1/2 cup
Poha - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Water
Salt
Green chilli
Ginger
Eno
Green coriander
Fruit salt
Capsicum
Corn
Tomato

Recipe

- Take a big bowl in which add half cup makhana, half cup semolina, half cup poha, and half cup curd. Mix all these ingredients well.

- After this, add half a glass of water to it mix it once again, and keep it like this for 5 minutes.

- After 5 minutes, add a piece of ginger, 2 chili, salt as per taste, Eno, and half a teaspoon of fruit salt.

- Now put all these ingredients in a blender jar and grind it finely. Your batter is ready. Now put it in a bowl and keep it for 15 minutes.

- Now we will chop the vegetables. Finely chop capsicum, onion, and tomato. After chopping them, mix all these vegetables in the batter.

- Now turn on the gas and place a pan on it. When the pan gets hot, put butter on it. After that pour a ladle of batter on the pan.
