Mango – 2
Bananas – 2
Milk – 1/2 liter
Vanilla custard powder – 2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Custard shake – 1/2 cup
Tutti frutti – 50 grams
Recipe
- First of all, take a mango, peel it, and cut it into pieces. Similarly, peel the banana and cut it into pieces.
- Now, put the pieces of both these fruits in a mixer jar and grind them. Now prepare to make custard.
- For this, take milk and keep it on a medium flame for heating. When the milk boils, add sugar to it as per taste.
- Then add two spoons of custard powder and add half a cup of cold milk and mix it. Now let this milk boil for at least 10 minutes.
- Then turn off the gas and keep the custard aside to cool. Now, take a serving glass and put the already prepared mango and banana paste in it.
- Put small pieces of mango and banana on it. Then add cold custard.
- Now, put a layer of mango-banana and put some more mango pieces on top. Finally, decorate the smoothie with tutti-frutti and serve.
