Betel leaves – 10
Gulkand – 4 tbsp
Cold milk – 4 cups
Almonds – 7-8
Pistachios – 7-8
Honey – 2 tbsp
Ice cubes – 1/2 cup

Method

- First of all, take betel leaves and wash them well by putting them in water for some time. After this, break the stalk behind the leaves and cut the leaves into pieces with your hands.

- Now, put the leaves in the mixer jar and prepare a paste by blending them. To make the paste, you can add 1-2 tbsp of water to the jar.

- After the paste of betel leaves is ready, take it out in a bowl and keep it aside. After this, cut dry fruits (almonds, pistachios) into small pieces.

- Now, take a big vessel and put the paste of betel leaves in it. Now add 4 cups of cold milk to the paste and mix it well with a spoon.

- Now mix Gulkand, honey, and finely chopped dry fruits in this mixture.
