The Raja Saab's Creative Producer SKN Reveals Telugu Filmmaker Tried To Run 'Negative Campaign' Against Prabhas' Film

In a shocking revelation at the teaser launch event of The Raja Saab in Hyderabad on Monday (June 16), the film's creative producer Sreenivas Kumar Naidu (SKN) claimed that a producer from the Telugu film industry had attempted to sabotage the film through a "negative campaign."
While SKN refrained from naming anyone, he alleged that a fellow Tollywood producer had tried to derail the project in its early stages.
"I am well aware of how a producer tried to negatively campaign on this film when they began shooting. Now see how the same producer will talk positively about the film tomorrow," he said during the event.
The creative producer went on to express confidence in the film's potential, assuring fans that The Raja Saab will exceed expectations. "Everybody who underestimated this film will change their mind. You'll see the 'Rebel God' Prabhas, whom you've missed for a decade now," he added.
SKN also credited Prabhas for standing firmly behind the project, despite the negativity surrounding it in the early phase. "This film was only made possible because Prabhas gave his best without believing those campaigns," he noted.
The upcoming horror-fantasy film, directed by Maruthi and starring Prabhas in the lead, is slated for release on December 5. It is backed by People Media Factory.
The makers unveiled the film's teaser on Monday, however, it received mixed response from fans and the critics. Some netizens are excited by the film's visuals and star power, praising its mass appeal. Others, however, feel that the teaser lacks originality and doesn't bring anything new to the table.
The Raja Saab, also starring Sanjay Dutt, Nidhhi Agerwal, and Malavika Mohanan, is slated to hit theatres on December 5, 2025.
