KDMC Announces Water Cut On July 1 In Rural Zones Due To Substation Repair Work
The Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC) has announced that water supply will be disrupted for seven hours in the rural parts of the KDMC region on July 1 due to maintenance work at the Tata Power Kamba Substation.
According to KDMC officials, the Tata Power Company will be carrying out maintenance and repair work on the NRC-2 feeder, which supplies electricity to the Mohili and Netivali water purification centers. As a result, the power supply to these facilities will be temporarily suspended.
The water supply will be affected from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on July 1, 2025. The affected areas include Kalyan Rural, Manda-Titwala, Vadwali, Ambivali, Shahad, Attali, Milind Nagar, Yogidham, Chikanghar, Birla College, Murbad Road Complex, and Dombivli (East and West) — 'B' Division campus.
