Bad Roads, Lathi-Charge, 90-Degree Bridge To Come Up In House Session; Congress Is Gearing Up To Corner The Government

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): The Congress has begun to gear up for cornering the government in the Monsoon Session of the House beginning on July 28.
In the training session of Congress, the party legislators will be taught how to perform in the House. The Congress will raise the issue of lathi-charge on the Rajput community in a big way.
Former chief minister Digvijaya Singh visited Harda after the incident. Now, the Congress legislators belonging to the Rajput community are getting ready to raise the issue in the House.
Along with this, the issue of roads is all set to dominate the House. Many roads in the state have been in ruins since the beginning of the rainy season. Besides the condition of roads, the design of bridges will also figure in the session.
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has acted against many officers for the 90-degree bridge. There is also a dispute over the design of a bridge in Indore. Now, the Congress is getting ready to raise the issue in the assembly.
Other than these issues, the dispute in the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) will also come up. The way the deemed permission was given to the SEIAA will be raised in the House.
The Congress legislators are getting ready to corner the government over problems the farmers are facing because of the fertiliser shortage and the procurement of moong (green gram).
Congress to raise people-centric issues in House, says Singhar
The Leader of the Opposition, Umang Singhar, has said the issues related to the public welfare will be raised in the House.
He said the party will raise poor roads, lack of electricity, and problems faced by farmers for the shortage of fertiliser. The party will corner the government over the rampant corruption in the state, Singhar said.
