Sportvot x FPJ: Pune Gramin Women & Parbhani Men Win 1st Rajya Ajinkyapadh Nivad Chachni Spardha Kabaddi Tournament

The 1st Rajya Ajinkyapadh Nivad Chachni Spardha, held from 14th to 18th June at Balewadi, Pune, concluded with electrifying final matches that crowned Pune Gramin (Women) and Parbhani (Men) as champions of this inaugural state-level Kabaddi event.

In the Women’s Final, Pune Gramin showcased exceptional skill and teamwork to defeat Jalna with a commanding scoreline of 32–19. Their aggressive raids and solid defensive formations secured them the title in a thrilling final.

Meanwhile, the Men’s Final saw a dominant performance by Parbhani, who overpowered Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar with a convincing 41–18 victory. Parbhani's tactical execution and physical prowess proved too strong for their opponents, sealing their place at the top of the podium.

The tournament witnessed intense competition over five days, highlighting the depth of kabaddi talent across Maharashtra. The event concluded with a prize distribution ceremony celebrating the champions, runners-up, and standout performers.
