Diabetes is a disease that once it occurs, there is no cure for it. There is no complete cure for it, but it can be controlled. If the amount of sugar in the body, i.e. blood sugar, becomes too high or too low, it can have a serious effect on many organs.

However, the body gives us signals before any serious problem occurs. Basically, it is very important to know these symptoms. There are some symptoms of diabetes that you can understand even without getting tested.

Weak eyesight

If you suddenly start seeing less, start seeing blurry, or feel that your glasses have suddenly changed, then this can be an important symptom of diabetes. When the amount of sugar in the blood increases, the lens inside the eyes swells. This makes the vision not clear.

Feeling tired even after sleeping

Despite getting a good night's sleep, do you feel tired throughout the day? Do you feel weak all the time? So this can also be an early symptom of diabetes. Glucose (sugar) in the body is not able to reach the cells properly and the body does not get the required energy. This can make you feel weak while working.

Frequent urination

When the amount of sugar in the body increases, the kidneys try to expel that sugar through urine. This is the reason why you have to urinate frequently, especially at night when you have to get up to go to the bathroom. Sometimes it happens because you drink too much water, but if you are urinating frequently despite not drinking much water, then it should definitely be checked.

Excessive thirst

If you feel thirsty all the time and the thirst is not quenched even after drinking water, then this is a sign of diabetes. Because a lot of water is also released from the body when you urinate frequently. This causes dehydration in the body.

Feeling hungry immediately after eating

If you feel hungry again immediately after eating, then this is also a sign of diabetes. The reason behind this is that despite the presence of glucose in the body, it is unable to reach the cells properly, due to which the cells are unable to get energy.
