After his arrest, the driver shared his side, saying the woman was upset about his driving from the start.
Even though several people witnessed the altercation, nobody stepped in.
The woman was initially hesitant but later filed a police complaint against him.
With this new evidence out, police are re-examining the case as public interest remains high.
