Sensex soars, Nifty surpasses 25,200; Adani Ports climbs

Adani Ports topped the charts with a 4.4% jump, while UltraTech Cement and L&T also posted solid gains.
Most sectors joined the rally—Nifty PSU Bank rose nearly 2%, and Realty and Auto were up too.
Only Nifty Media slipped slightly, but overall sentiment stayed upbeat as investors hoped for more stability ahead.
