Chennai Super Kings pacer Tushar Deshpande floored Sunrisers Hyderabad with a superb four-wicket haul in Match 46 of the Indian Premier League 2024 season at Chepauk.

CSK managed 212/3 in 20 overs, riding on fifties from Ruturaj Gaikwad and Daryl Mitchell.

In response, Deshpande took three wickets inside the powerplay before coming back at the death to complete a four-fer.

SRH lost the match.

CSK pacer Deshpande started poorly, conceding 14 runs from his first four deliveries. He dismissed Travis Head with a slower ball before getting Anmolpreet Singh with an away swinger off successive balls.

In his second over, the right-arm pacer dismissed the dangerous Abhishek Sharma.

He came back in the 18th over to send Pat Cummins back. Deshpande claimed 4/27 from three overs.
