Railways has launched its new super app, RailOne. Now, on this app, you can do everything from ticket booking to complaints in one place.

There is some big news for railway passengers. Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has launched Railways' new super app, RailOne. The purpose of this app is to bring every service related to railways on a single platform so that passengers do not have to open different apps again and again.

Now, all these facilities will be available in a single app: Many facilities will be available in one place on this app. Like booking tickets, checking live status of trains, taking platform tickets, ordering food, and you can also use this app to register complaints.

You can download this app from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Right now, it is in beta testing but will soon be available to all. The RailOne app has been created by CRIS (Centre for Railway Information Systems), and it has been linked with IRCTC.

Will it replace the IRCTC app? It will not completely remove the IRCTC app. But it will prove to be a better option because it will provide other railway services along with IRCTC services.
