Weight gain tips for ectomorphs: Vicky Kaushal

Here are some tips fellow ectomorphs should keep in mind while on the quest to gain some muscle weight.

  • Sleep more: When you give your body some rest, you are actually allowing it to recover from all the training and grow some muscles.
  •  Eat more: If you are slim-built, you should eat frequently to give your body the fuel it requires.
  • Your diet should consist largely of calories and you should make it a habit to eat every few hours.
  •  The right exercises: Exercises like squats, deadlifts, shoulder press, bench press and rows, will help you build muscle faster.
