INGREDIENTS
2.5 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup water
1 teaspoon refined oil
0 sugar as required
1 teaspoon ghee
2 dashes salt
How to make Chini Paratha
Step 1
In order to prepare this amazing dish, sprinkle salt over the whole wheat flour and mix in some oil and water to make a smooth dough. Cover the dough for about 20 minutes.
Step 2
Pull out a medium dumpling from the dough and roll it in the form of a small circle. Spread the sugar all over the surface and bring together the edges towards the centre and again make a ball out of it. Now roll the dough to the size of a normal paratha and flip it over onto a griddle (tava).
Step 3
Grease the parantha with oil or ghee and let it cook from both the sides until you see those black spots on the surface. Serve immediately.
