Wild, Wild West Burger
As interesting as its name, Wild, Wild West Burger is a Continental recipe made with the goodness of lamb, chicken ham, honey barbeque sauce and cheddar cheese. The exotic preparation of this burger will be a hit among everyone. This double-decker burger is prepared by layering mayonnaise base burger bun with a lettuce leaf, tomato slice, fried onion rings, lamb patty, chicken ham slice.
INGREDIENTS
1 burger buns
15 gm butter
30 ml garlic mayonnaise
1 leaf lettuce romaine
1 pieces tomato
150 gm minced lamb
1 pieces chicken ham
2 tablespoon barbeque sauce
2 tablespoon honey
1 slice cheese-cheddar
0 onion rings as required
100 gm French fries
30 ml salsa sauce
10 gm corn flour
10 gm onion paste
10 gm ginger paste
10 gm garlic paste
3 tablespoon virgin olive oil
0 salt as required
10 gm allspice
How to make Wild, Wild West Burger
Step 1
To prepare this enticing burger recipe, first, you need to prepare the lamb patty. However, if you have readymade lamb patty, you can avoid this step. Take a bowl, combine the minced lamb with ginger-garlic paste and onion paste, and season with salt and allspice. Leave the mixture undisturbed for an hour or two. Now, add cornflour to the mixture. Divide the mixture into two portions. Using your hands, pat the mixture to shape it into flat patties. Next, in a pan, heat oil for shallow frying the patties. Once the oil is hot enough, gently add the prepared patties and fry them by flipping to cook evenly on both sides. Once done, keep aside until needed next.
Step 2
Next, chop the tomatoes to obtain thin slices. Slice the chicken ham as well to get 2 slices and keep aside. Also, combine honey with barbeque sauce to prepare a honey-barbeque sauce. Keep aside.
Step 3
Now, toss the burger buns in butter and roast for 2-3 minutes. Once done, apply garlic mayonnaise on the base. Place a romaine lettuce leaf over the mayonnaise. Top it with 3 tomato slices and 3 onion rings.
Step 4
Next, place the cooked lamb patty over the onion rings and top it with a warm chicken ham slice. Repeat the whole process to add another layer. Spread the prepared honey-barbeque sauce on top. Place a cheese slice and 2 onion rings. Cover with the burger bun and secure the burger with a toothpick. Serve with French fries and salsa.
