Dining out gives us an option to create unforgettable memories with loved ones. Exploring places that offer not just great flavors but also warm ambiance and unique culinary adventures makes the outings even more special. Whether it’s cozy cafes or elegant dining spots, these destinations invite you to indulge your taste buds while bonding over laughter, stories, and the joy of togetherness. Let’s dive into some of the best places to explore for a delightful and flavorful time with those who matter most.

Spice Route, The Imperial: Celebrating the ethnic Asian flavours, the iconic restaurant of the capital city, is offering a one-of-a-kind Luxe Lunch Set Menu till 15th July, priced at INR 1350+ taxes per person. The menu features refreshing summer flavours that are easy on gut but at the same time high on innovation and flavours. The set menu offers an array of dishes like Rice Crackers & Cassava Chips, Thai Mango Salad with Ginger Vinaigrette, and Rujak Tofu Pockets. And for mains, they are offering a bowl of fragrant rice alongside your selection of Thai Green Curry with fresh vegetables, South Indian Malabar Curry with coconut and garden vegetables, or Nadan Khozy, Kerala-style chicken curry. Call it a memorable lunch with a luscious dessert option between Mango Chia Pudding with coconut and mango sphere or Che Thai, a delightful coconut milk treat with water chestnuts. In our opinion, it's a perfect option for those seeking a flavourful escape from everyday routine.

Swan, Delhi:
Inspired by the idea of summer on a plate, Delhi’s favorite SWAN recently launched its limited-edition summer menu that uniquely intersects Nikkei and Bachiche cuisine. Curated by Chef Krishna Sharma, the menu brings together ingredients that evoke brightness, texture and contrast. One of the highlights of the cuisine is Spanakopita, a crisp phyllo pastry filled with baby spinach and ricotta, given a contemporary lift with a Tabasco-maple dressing. For prawn lovers, Ajo Gamba prawns tossed in garlic confit, chilli oil, and Andean spice will be like a fresh air of innovation. Adding a theatrical touch, they are also offering live tableside dishes Guacamole, Lobster Robata, Gold Pasta, Cacio e Pepe, Mushroom Cappuccino, and the showstopping “Swan on the Table,” along with indulgent treats like Hot Apple Crunch, Seafood Thermidor, and The Frozen Trolley. This season also marks the introduction of Chifa-style stone bowls to the SWAN menu - served for the first time in India. Here, desserts are no less opulent, with an unapologetically indulgent trio of Tiramisu, Tres Leches, and French Toast bringing the experience to a joyful close. Are you ready to give it a try?

Pizza Hut: When it comes to having a gala time with friends and family, Pizza Hut is the place to be. And their Juicylicious range offers a fresh twist on familiar favourites, highlighting marinated paneer and chicken toppings paired with regionally inspired Indian sauces. The lineup features three bold flavour bases — the smoky and robust Kadhai sauce, the Royal Spice blend rich with aromatic Indian spices, and the Southern Fiery Chilli that brings a sharper, heat-forward profile. Each product, whether pizza, melts or wings, is layered with 100% mozzarella and baked on a crispy crust, aiming for a balance between richness, spice, and texture. The range includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian options such as the Southern Fiery Paneer Pizza, Kadhai Paneer Melts, and Kadhai Chicken Pizza, alongside sides like Royal Spice Chicken Wings. Altogether, the Juicylicious collection focuses on elevating flavour and moistness — addressing the common complaint of dry pizzas — with sauces that carry depth and local character.

Cafe Amudham: Nestled on Janpath Road, New Delhi, Cafe Amudham is known for its South Indian feast. From Tossed Ghee Tomato Button Idli to Benne masala dosa, they are serving a wide range of delicacies that are a must try. For those, who love beginning the day with South Indian flavours, their Tossed Ghee Pudina Shavige or Ghee Pudi Thatte Idli is something that one cannot miss. For rice lovers, the must-try dishes here are Puliyogare, Lemon Rice, and Bisibelebath. They are also serving Vada, Paddu, Pongal, Kharabath, and Poori sSagu for those who wish to explore beyond the regular idli and dosa. The best thing about their dosas is that they are small in size, which reduces the chances of wastage by customers. And for snacking, you can try Chilli Baji, Baalekai baji, or Masala Vada. They are also serving a range of hot and cold beverages featuring Lemonade, Filter Coffee, Masala tea, Orange juice and more.
