Bareilly: Father, brother beat girl's boyfriend to death after finding two in compromising position

Bareilly: A youth from Uttar Pradesh lost his life after he was thrashed by his girlfriend's family. The incident took place in the Badaun district. The deceased used to work as an auto mechanic. The deceased was visiting the residence of his girlfriend when he was attacked. 

Following the incident, the mother of the victim filed a complaint with the police.

It was alleged that the deceased was in a relationship with the daughter of her distant relative. 

It was alleged that the deceased used to talk to his girlriend over the phone and her father did not approve of the same. The girlfriend allegedly called the deceased late night and asked him to meet at her residence. 

The deceased's mother alleged that when her son reached his girlfriend's house, he was attacked by her brother and father. The accused allegedly called the mother and asked her to take her son from their residence. 

The mother asked her brother-in-law to go to the accused's residence to bring her son back. While talking to the Times of India, the mother stated that her son was unable to stand on his feet and was in extreme pain. 

The victim was taken to a doctor who referred him to the district hospital. The doctors at the hospital declared the victim brought dead. The police arrested the accused and booked them under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). The body of the deceased was sent for an autopsy. The accused allegedly confessed to attacking the deceased after they saw him in an obscene position with his girlfriend.
