Man electrocuted while trying to tie flexi at temple in Hyderabad
HYDERABAD: A 32-year-old private worker from Bhagyanagar Colony in Kukatpally was electrocuted while trying to tie a flexi for a festival to be organised at a local temple on Tuesday.
The victim, Gnaneshwar , climbed an arch to tie the flexi when he came in contact with an overhead high-tension wire .
Gnaneshwar was electrocuted on the spot. The incident triggered a short-circuit at a bar nearby, but alert staff quickly doused the flames with a fire extinguisher.
Police registered a case under section 194 of BNSS and shifted the body for post-mortem.
