Ashadha Purnima 2025: Significance
One of the most holiest days for worshiping Lord Vishnu and the Moon God is Purnima and this time it will be Ashadha Purnima as it is falling in the month of Ashadha. This day is devoted to spiritual enlightenment and people perform various puja ceremonies, and spiritual activities on this particular day. Many followers observe Satyanarayan fast on this holy day and pray to Lord Satyanarayan, a manifestation of Lord Vishnu.

Ashadah Purnima 2025: Puja Rituals
1. Before beginning puja rituals, get up early and take a holy bath.
2. Place an idol of Lord Shri Satyanarayan and Shree Yantra (a representation of Laxmi Mata) on a wooden plank.
3. Offer flowers and garland, then light a diya with desi cow ghee.
4. Offer panchamrit, tulsi patra, and sweets to Lord Vishnu.
5. Chant the Lord Vishnu Mantra and recite the Satyanarayan Katha.
6. Offering Arghya to Moon God is also the main ritual of this fast.
7. Devotees eat sattvik meals to break their fast in the evening.

9. It is considered auspicious to read sacred texts like the Ramayana and the Bhagavad Gita.
