The organization has officially hired George Gallegos as its new chief business officer , while also launching a dedicated media and entertainment division that will focus on fighter-driven content . This announcement marks an important step in BKB’s plan to cement itself as the number one bare-knuckle promotion in the world.
George Gallegos joins the leadership teamThe addition of George Gallegos brings proven experience to BKB at a time when the organization is preparing for rapid growth. Gallegos is no stranger to big stages in boxing. He previously worked with Oscar De La Hoya’s Golden Boy Promotions. It is one of the most successful boxing outfits in the industry. He played a central role and handled multiple portfolios. He was also instrumental in securing sponsorships and striking OTT distribution partnerships, areas that are critical for a fight promotion in today’s digital-first sports landscape.

Gallegos also worked closely with De La Hoya himself, managing business affairs and negotiating the major re-signing of Ryan Garcia, one of boxing’s biggest young stars, to a multi-year contract. His track record of navigating both the legal and business sides of the fight game makes him a strong fit for BKB as it enters a more aggressive expansion phase.
A new era of content and global expansionAlongside the appointment of Gallegos, BKB has launched a media and entertainment division aimed at creating original content that goes beyond fight night. The move is designed to highlight the personalities, journeys, and stories of fighters. It aims to give fans more reasons to connect with the athletes and the brand. In the modern era, fight organizations are not just judged by their matches but also by how they engage audiences year-round.

BKB CEO David Tetreault made it clear that the company is not settling for second place. “Our primary goal is to become the undisputed leader in bare knuckle boxing,” Tetreault said. “We will solidify that in the eyes of combat sports fans through strategic growth, brand expansion, partnerships, and unmatched content creation. We have spent a decade laying the foundation to become a transformative force in the game. We have the largest roster, the largest library of fights and the largest distribution network in the industry.”
