There head decisively to the left while navigating past initial dark and shadowy creatures who lurk in the corridors. Ensure to keep pushing leftward till you descend the set of stairs. There, you will enter the room that features 2 distinct pressure plates. Ignore them for now and focus on the target. It is the far left wall of the chamber.
Look carefully at what seems to be a dead-end left wall. You will spot the climbable section. It’s quite often marked subtly by the nearby candles. Ensure to scale the wall and then maneuver past platforming challenges. As you reach the top, move to the left immediately. You will find the large and conspicuous wooden water tub that is positioned before the dark doorway. Interact with it and then walk away to trigger the ambush by the Holy Water Cooler (not your final target, but a key to reveal Miss Mizzle). Now, to defeat it normally will not help. So, instead, use the Act command of Kris at 65% TP to transform it to Miss Mizzle. Now, real recruitment will begin.

Make sure not to attack Miss Mizzle. A victory here means her recruitment and not her defeat. So, keep the focus on the ACT menu. You will have 2 options, Nuzzle and Dazzle. Use the commands alternatively whenever possible. Keep your character partly healthy with the use of Defend or the items if needed, but make sure to avoid dealing much damage.
Your persistence will pay off. The repeated use of Nuzzle and Dazzle will fill the Mercy meter. As it’s sufficiently full, a spare option will be available. Selecting it will complete Miss Mizzle's recruitment. Crucially, if you defeat her even once, she will be gone for good.
