Tyreek Hill calls out IShowSpeed for a head-to-head sprint, sparking varied reactions from fans
Tyreek ‘Cheetah’ Hill recently took to X (formerly Twitter) and shared his perspective on the video where is Speed sprinting against Ashton Hall. While he does agree that Speed is the fastest sprinter among the streamers. He also said Ashton could have easily taken over Speed if he was less bulky. At the end of the video he challenges Speed for a sprint, “Speed, you the man, but you still can't beat me and stop ducking me, dawg. I'm waiting on my turn. I live in Miami just like you live in Miami. Let's go. Let's get this thing going.”
Excited Fans Took To Social Media To Share Their Reaction
While there has been no comments from Speed. Fans are already hyped up on social media. Majority of whom believe that Speed holds no chance against the Miami Dolphins's wide receiver. Since he is also a former track and field star. Hill has been awarded two medals (a gold and a bronze) in 2012 World Junior Championships in Athletics which was held in Barcelona, Spain. Some commented that IShowSpeed is fast but not that fast.
Previously IShowSpeed and Ashton Hall took it to Twitch to stream their sprint match, where Speed dominated Hall and came out ahead four times in a row.
Olympic Legend Offered To Train IShowSpeed
Last month the retired eight time Olympic gold medalist and Jamaican track and field star, Usain Bolt acknowledged IShowSpeed's pace and offered to train him through one-on-one coaching in order to improve his speed.
“I’m retired now, so I'm not running,” the 38-year-old said. “But I can coach you to go faster. You're already fast, but everybody wants to be faster, right?”
Earlier, the streamer raced Noah Lyles in a 50-meter sprint following the Paris 2024 Olympics but came up short. He also attempted to challenge Sha'Carri Richardson, though the 4x100m relay champion turned down his offer.
IShowSpeed started his YouTube career in 2016, where he initially streamed gaming content occasionally. Recently he has created a YouTube series ‘Speed Goes Pro’ featuring him taking on famous athletes in various challenges.
