OnePlus has expanded its doorstep pickup and drop service for after-sales support across more than 19,000 pincodes in India. The company says that the move aims to make service more accessible to customers in tier 2 and tier 3 cities and rural areas. Customers can now access repair services without visiting service centres, with free pickup and delivery available for eligible areas. The brand's support system includes multiple channels such as dedicated call centres, real-time live chat, verified WhatsApp support, and email assistance.

The service expansion is part of Project Starlight, a program launched in Q4 2024 with a Rs 6,000 crore investment over three years. The initiative is focused on strengthening the customer service infrastructure based on user feedback.

OnePlus India CEO Robin Liu said, “At OnePlus, our users have always been at the core of all our efforts. And this extends to our customer service efforts, too. As we continue to build our community in India, strengthening our customer service and service network is not just a priority—it’s a commitment. We believe that delivering a truly premium experience goes beyond the product itself; it lies in how we support and stand by our community at every step. This customer service expansion is a vital part of our long-term vision for India, empowering more users with timely, transparent, and dependable support”.

As part of its efforts, OnePlus is also hosting a nationwide Service Camp from June 20 to June 30, 2025. Customers can receive a free device health check-up and software update for any OnePlus smartphone. For out-of-warranty devices, there will be no service charges on select repairs during the camp.
