Reliance Jio outage: Users unable to make calls, access internet

Reliance Jio customers are experiencing widespread connectivity problems. Users are unable to access mobile internet and are encountering frequent call drops. The outage appears to be affecting some users, as members of The Times of India Tech team have reported inconsistent internet access on their devices.

According to Downdetector, a service that tracks online outages, indicates a significant issue with fiber and mobile internet connectivity. At the time of writing, 56% of users have complained about issues with mobile internet, while 22% users claimed their mobile connectivity is affected. Also, 22% users are facing issues with JioFiber .

Many users also took to social media platform X (Twitter) to report about the outage. As reported by users, Reliance Jio users in Kerala are facing issues in accessing Jio services.

"Jio network down in Kerala, India for the last 10 mins. Phones not getting registered on network. Possible cyber attack?," commented a user.

"Jio sim and broadband everything down in kerala... @reliancejio @JioCare #jio #Jiodown," posted another user.




Reliance Jio has not yet issued an official statement about the service outage.
