Hero Launches New Single-Seat Xtreme 125R: Stylish, Comfortable, and Powerful

Hero MotoCorp has expanded its 125cc motorcycle lineup with the launch of a new single-seat variant of the Hero Xtreme 125R, priced at Rs 1 lakh (ex-showroom). Positioned between the split-seat IBS variant (Rs 98,425) and the split-seat ABS variant (Rs 1.02 lakh), this new model aims to offer riders a balance of comfort, performance, and style.

Hero’s 125cc Lineup

Hero already sells multiple models in the 125cc segment, including the Glamour, Glamour X, Glamour XTEC, Super Splendor XTEC,

and Xtreme 125R. Among them, the Xtreme 125R stands out for its sporty design and performance-oriented profile.

The new single-seat variant is priced on par with the recently launched Glamour X, which features ride-by-wire and cruise control technology. However, unlike the Glamour X, the Xtreme 125R emphasizes sportiness with its single-channel ABS and aggressive styling.

Design & Comfort

The biggest update in this new variant is the single-seat setup, which enhances rider comfort compared to the sportier split-seat design. While the split-seat gives the bike a more aggressive look, the single-seat setup makes the bike more practical and rider-friendly, especially for long rides.

Engine & Performance

The Xtreme 125R continues with the same 124.7cc single-cylinder engine

, delivering:
