Anant Raj Limited Announces ₹4,500 Crore Investment in Real Estate and Data Centre Projects, to Generate 16,000 Jobs
Real estate and infrastructure company Anant Raj Limited has announced a major investment of ₹4,500 crore to develop a new data centre and IT park in Andhra Pradesh. According to a government document released on Saturday, the company’s subsidiary, Anant Raj Cloud Pvt. Ltd. (ARCPL), has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board (APEDB)
This large-scale investment forms part of the company’s broader expansion strategy and is expected to create 16,000 employment opportunities in the state.
Project Details and Employment GenerationThe MoU focuses on helping Anant Raj establish data centre facilities and IT parks in a timely manner. The planned investment of ₹4,500 crore will be carried out in two phases
The project is expected to create:

APEDB will support the project by providing coordination assistance and facilitating approvals from relevant government bodies. Its role will solely involve promoting and enabling investment within the state.
The agreement was signed on Friday in the presence of Nara Lokesh, Minister of IT, Electronics and Communications, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
Anant Raj Limited currently operates 28 MW of IT capacity across Manesar and Panchkula. The company aims to expand this to 307 MW by 2031–32 across Manesar, Panchkula, and Rai.
