Telangana road accident: Bus collides with tractor loaded with paddy bags; 15 injured
HYDERABAD: At least fifteen passengers were injured on Tuesday when an RTC bus collided with a tractor in Karimnagar, following closely on the heels of a bus mishap in Chevella .
The tractor driver also sustained injuries, and all the injured people were shifted to a hospital by the police.
According to eyewitness accounts, the tractor, for some reason, slowed down suddenly on the road, and the bus, which was behind it, rammed into the tractor loaded with paddy bags.
The bus was on its way to Karimnagar from Hyderabad when the mishap took place around 5 am.
The police who arrived at the scene sent the injured passengers in ambulances to the hospital.
The road was also cleared of the paddy bags.
An investigation has been taken up.
