Carlos Alcaraz has taken one step closer to winning the £3.8million prize as the undefeated champion at the ATP Finals. He secured his third successive win to book his spot in the semi-final and seal his place as the year-end world No. 1. The Spaniard made light work of ninth seed Lorenzo Musetti, who only competed as a late replacement after Novak Djokovic's withdrawal, dropping just five games en route to a straight sets win.

His win allowed Alex de Minaur to advance to the semi-finals, and the Aussie will face defending champion Jannik Sinner, who went undefeated in the group stage and has not dropped a set at the tournament since 2023. Meanwhile, No. 8 seed Felix Auger-Aliassime defeated Alexander Zverev in the last round-robin match of the week to get the last semi-final spot.

Djokovic has been busy himself and gave a revealing interview to Piers Morgan recently on a range of topics, including a certain rumour about his wife and the start of their relationship.
