CBSE Recruitment Exam Dates 2026 Announced For Group A B & C Posts: Candidates preparing for recruitment to Group A, B and C posts under the Central Board of Secondary Education can expect a positive update. Applicants who have registered for these positions will soon appear for the Tier-1 recruitment examination. The board has officially announced the examination dates, allowing candidates to check and download the detailed schedule from the official CBSE website.
The announcement provides much-needed clarity for aspirants who have been waiting to finalise their preparation strategy for the upcoming recruitment process.
On the same day, the examination for the Superintendent post will be conducted in the afternoon session, scheduled from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm. Meanwhile, candidates who have applied for the Junior Accountant and Junior Assistant posts will appear for their examination on 1 February, 2026, between 9.30 am and 11.30 am.
Those who qualify in the Tier-1 examination will be shortlisted for the next stages of the recruitment process, which include the Tier-2 examination and an interview, depending on the post applied for.

When Will The Examination Be Conducted
The recruitment examination will be held over two days, on 31 January and 1 February, 2026. On 31 January, written examinations will be conducted for the posts of Assistant Secretary, Assistant Professor, Assistant Director (Training), Assistant Director, Accounts Officer and Junior Translator. Total Number Of Vacancies
