The announcement came during the Billboard Summit at NXNE in Toronto. The course will be housed at The Creative School at TMU and will explore the “cultural, musical and diasporic relevance” of Diljit Dosanjh’s music and albums. According to Billboard, the course will examine his rise on the global stage and the growing significance of his artistry.

Course Details and Enrollment Timeline

Set to launch in the latter half of 2026, more information about the course and the enrollment process will be made available on the university’s official website. Interested students will be able to apply for the program directly through the site.
