In January 2025, when the news of Saif Ali Khan’s stabbing incident made it to the papers, it shook everyone to the core. It was a fatal incident and a very challenging time faced by Saif and his family, following which Ronit Roy’s security agency was hired for safety. In a recent interview, Ronit Roy shed light on some shocking details about the aftermath of Saif’s case.
He revealed that at the time, Kareena Kapoor felt scared while heading home, as her car was mobbed by the crowd. “Saif was returning home after being discharged from the hospital; thus, there was a huge crowd and media everywhere. When Kareena was also heading back home from the hospital, her car was slightly attacked. So she got scared," he said in his recent interview with Hindi Rush.
Explaining the scenario further, he mentioned that since there was a lot of media around, the public in general also got too close to Kareena’s car, and it was “shaken a bit.”
“That’s when she asked me to bring Saif home. So I went to pick him up, and once he reached home, our security was already in place, and we also had strong support from the police force. Now, everything is fine," he revealed.
During the conversation, Ronit also shared that while he was doing a recce of Saif’s home, he realised the facility lacked basic security measures and he thus suggested making certain changes.

An intruder entered Saif Ali Khan’s Bandra home through his youngest son Jeh’s room in the early morning of January 16. As Saif came in to protect his family, the aftermath of his fight with the intruder left him with multiple stab injuries. He was rushed to the hospital, where he was given proper medical attention, and within days, he returned home, where he continued the rest of his recovery journey.
