Actress Shilpa Shirodkar, who was recently seen in Bigg Boss 18, reflected on her memorable experience in the house in a candid chat with Gauahar Khan. Though she didn’t walk away with the trophy, Shilpa shared that the journey changed her in ways she never expected.

“I didn't bring the trophy home,” she admitted, “but I think those 103 days that I was in the Bigg Boss house were, for me, life-changing — and I think the best experience ever. I mean, if I ever get a chance in life again, I would love to go back.”

Gauahar Khan responded in surprise, saying, “You are one of the rare people who say that because a lot of people say, no, no. It has happened once and, you know, we’ll never go back.”

Shilpa laughed and continued, “Karan always used to say that this is your trial period, Bigg Boss. I kept explaining it to him. Now that the game is understood, call him please in the next season!”

The actress shared that the show gave her much more than just visibility. “That house has taught me so much, and for me, that journey will always be very close to my heart. Mainly because it gave me the opportunity to realise the person I am is the perfect person. I don’t care what others think about me.”

She revealed she had always been a fan of the show. “When I used to watch Bigg Boss, I would be the only person in the house watching it. I always told my husband that one day I would go inside that house. When that call came, it was just magic.”

For Shilpa, the Bigg Boss experience wasn’t about winning — it was about self-discovery.
