The State Bank of India (SBI) has kickstarted its 2025 recruitment drive for the post of Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales), widely known as the SBI Clerk. This year, the bank is offering 6,589 vacancies, including both regular and backlog posts. Aspiring candidates can apply online at sbi.co.in until August 26, 2025.

- Local Language Test: Candidates who are provisionally selected but haven’t studied the specified local language of the applied state in Class 10 or 12 will be required to clear a 20-mark Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT).

- Rs 750 for General, OBC, and EWS categories.
- No fee for SC, ST, PwBD, XS, and DXS applicants.
