Chirag M Trivedi's Journey in Entertainment

Chirag M Trivedi is carving out a significant presence in the entertainment sector through his diverse roles in acting, directing, and producing across various platforms.


Reflecting on his acting career, Chirag reminisced about his role as the main villain Asif in the 2021 Hotstar series, The Tattoo Murders, which was originally named Kamathipura. He also garnered acclaim for his portrayal of Rahul Dravid in the film Kaun Pravin Tambe, produced by Friday Filmworks.

On the directing side, Chirag announced that his first film, Heat City Antarpath Chapter 1, is set to hit theaters later this year, with an OTT release to follow.


Discussing his recent short film, Town in Dark, Chirag described it as 'India’s first official short action thriller.' He noted, 'In just 30 minutes, we’ve included action, chase scenes, shootouts, emotional depth, and various locations in Mumbai.' The narrative centers around two main characters who aim to dismantle a human-trafficking operation run by a female don.


He also commended director Chirag Singh, mentioning, 'It’s a coincidence that we share the same first name, and he has done remarkable work.'


The film features Chirag M Trivedi alongside Peeyush Patil, Monica Gupta, Shagun Khurana, Rajat Arora, Saloni Ganvir, and Vihaan Choudhary.


As he reflected on the increasing popularity of short films, Chirag expressed confidence that this format is 'here to stay,' noting that the accessibility of mobile entertainment has transformed viewing habits.


'Multitasking has become a way of life. I’m driven, and engaging in various types of work inspires me,' he concluded.
