  • ¼ cup chopped capsicum

  • 1 tablespoon cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp water (slurry)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cups water or vegetable stock
  • For the Crispy Noodles (Topping):
  • ½ cup boiled noodles
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Crispy Noodles
Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the boiled noodles until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels and set aside.


Step 2: Sauté the Aromatics
In a wok or pan, heat a tablespoon of oil. Add chopped garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Sauté until fragrant.
