'Jatadhara' gets 'A' certificate: See cast, plot, and release date

The upcoming supernatural thriller, Jatadhara, starring Sonakshi Sinha and Sudheer Babu, has received an 'A' certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC).

Jatadhara follows a skeptic (Babu) who accidentally awakens Dhan Pisachani (Sinha), the spirit of vengeance and greed.

The story centers on a mystical battle between good and evil.

The movie will release on November 7.

'A battle that you have never seen...'

The makers of Jatadhara took to social media to confirm the news, writing, "It is an 'A' for #Jatadhara. A battle that you have never seen. A cinema experience you will never forget."

The 'A' certification means that the movie is for viewers aged 18 and above, and might feature extreme violence, coarse language, or mature subjects.

Earlier, on October 17, Babu's brother-in-law and superstar Mahesh Babu unveiled the trailer and motion poster for Jatadhara.

The movie also stars Shilpa Shirodkar, Indira Krishna, Divya Khossla, Ravi Prakash, Rohit Pathak, Naveen Neni, Jhansi, Rajeev Kanakala, and Subhalekha Sudhakar in supporting roles.

It will be released in Telugu and Hindi.
