'Stranger Things 5' star Millie Bobby Brown files formal complaint against David Harbour over bullying and harassment; internal investigation launched

Ahead of the release of the first part of ‘Stranger Things’ season 5, main actress Millie Bobby Brown has shared allegations of bullying and abuse against David Harbour. She filed a formal complaint against the actor, who plays her father figure in the show, which has prompted an internal investigation to be launched into the matter.

As per reports shared by Radaronline, the actress has filed an abuse and bullying claim against the ‘Black Widow’ actor, who is now facing an internal investigation. The news comes ahead of the release of the fifth season of ‘Stranger Things’, shocking fans to the core.

No other details have been revealed about what was found in the internal investigation as of yet. A statement from the official report read, “Millie Bobby Brown filed a harassment and bullying claim before they started shooting the last season. There were pages and pages of accusations. The investigation went on for months.”

There have also been no comments about the matter from the production house of the hit OTT series, as well as from either of the actors involved in the internal probe. Another statement from the report read that, “It will be a theatrical event. Nothing is going to overshadow this, not even the leading man’s private life," while talking about the show’s finale, as well as the lack of transparency surrounding the case as well.

It is also unclear about how this will affect the coming releases of the show.

About ‘Stranger Things’
The series began from the minds of the Duffer Brothers, and follows a group of friends as they combat evil and other problems that are thrown their way in order to keep their side of the world safe. The finale of the series will show all of the characters preparing for a final battle with none other than Vecna, who plays the main antagonist in season 4 and in season 5 as well. The first part of the series, 4 episodes in total, will be released on Netflix on November 26. The second part will be released on Christmas, while the finale will be dropped on New Year’s Eve. Not only that, but the final episode, which is said to be almost 2 hours long will also be played in select theatres as well, the list of which has not yet been shared online.
