Har Ghar Tiranga 2025: How to Participate and Download Certificate

The Ministry of Culture launched the fourth edition of its Har Ghar Tiranga campaign to mark India’s 79th Independence Day on August 15, 2025. This initiative encourages citizens to hoist the national flag and share their participation through a government portal. The campaign is part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav and runs from August 2 to August 15. Participants can earn a digital certificate and an optional e-card by completing the online process.

How to Participate in Har Ghar Tiranga

Hoist the Flag

Display the National Flag at your home, office, institution, or any convenient location on Independence Day.

Capture and Upload a Photo

Take a selfie or photo with the flag and upload it to the official portal.

Registration Process

Enter your name and mobile number when prompted. Fill out the form and upload your photograph to complete registration.

Download Your Certificate

After successful registration and photo submission, you can download your Har Ghar Tiranga digital certificate in PDF format. Share the certificate with others on social media. The deadline for downloading and submitting the certificate is August 15.

Har Ghar Tiranga e-Card

The campaign also offers a customized electronic e-card or badge to honour your involvement. To receive the e-card, complete the registration and upload your selfie. Once processed, the website will provide an option to create and download your e-card. You can share it on social media platforms and WhatsApp groups to showcase your participation.
