A Beechcraft C90 air ambulance carrying seven people crashed in Chatra today, DGCA officials confirmed. Operated by Redbird Airways Pvt Ltd, the aircraft departed from Ranchi at 7:11 pm and lost radar contact 23 minutes later, about 100 NM southeast of Varanasi. The passenger manifest included two pilots, a patient, a doctor, a paramedic, and two attendants. Rescue and emergency teams have been deployed to trace the wreckage.
