“Congress Failed The Northeast” PM Modi Slams Congress Over Assam’s Growth

Guwahati: Prime Minister Narendra Modi said the new emergency landing strip symbolises a stronger and more secure India, capable of responding to threats with determination. On the seventh anniversary of the Pulwama attack, he remembered the fallen security personnel and said India’s decisive response had sent a clear message to terrorists and their sponsors. Referring to Operation Sindoor, Modi said the country has demonstrated its growing military strength. He accused the Congress of lacking courage on national security and weakening the Northeast during its rule. Highlighting development, he said India is rapidly upgrading border roads, tunnels, bridges and airfields to safeguard the nation.
