The talks focused on balancing ambitious trade goals with domestic priorities, safeguarding farmers and micro, small, and medium enterprises, and enhancing India’s integration into global supply chains. Officials said the engagement reflects strong political commitment from both India and the EU to finalize a fair, balanced, and mutually beneficial trade agreement.
