Indian Crew Hit In Iran War Shipping Chaos: 3 Dead, 4 Injured

Three Indian seafarers have died, one is missing and four others were injured in recent maritime incidents involving foreign-flagged vessels amid tensions in West Asia. According to Rajesh Kumar Sinha from the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, a total of 78 Indian crew members were on board the vessels affected by the incidents. While 70 seafarers escaped unharmed, four sustained injuries over the past few days and are currently reported to be stable. Authorities are continuing efforts to trace the missing crew member. The government said it is closely monitoring the situation and maintaining contact with relevant agencies to ensure the safety and security of Indian seafarers working on international ships in the region.
