Netanyahu Links Modi’s Israel Visit To ‘Alliance Against Radical Axes’, Calls India 'Global Power'
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit will boost India-Israel cooperation across multiple sectors. Calling Modi a personal friend, he highlighted growing collaboration in defence, high-tech, and strategic areas, including missile defence systems. Modi’s two-day visit starting February 25 will also cover artificial intelligence, quantum technology, agriculture, and water management. Netanyahu described India as a “global power” and outlined his vision of a “hexagon” of alliances in the region that will include India. He emphasized that the India-Israel partnership promotes stability, innovation, and regional progress, reflecting shared interests and strengthened diplomatic and security ties.
