The 88-year-old National Conference leader said he felt something hot near him and later learned it was a bullet fired at him. Security personnel quickly overpowered the alleged attacker, preventing any harm. Abdullah said he does not know the gunman or his motive and credited his survival to divine intervention, stating, “God saved me.” Recounting the incident, he described the terrifying moment calmly, emphasizing the prompt action of his security team that ensured his safety during the attack at the wedding function.
