A significant highlight of the ceremony was the appointment of Nishant Kumar, son of former Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, as a Minister, dispelling rumors regarding his potential role in the government.

In addition to Nishant Kumar, two other individuals, both sons of former Chief Ministers, were also sworn in as Ministers. Santosh Kumar Suman and Nitish Mishra joined the Cabinet, continuing their families' political legacies.

Nishant Kumar's entry into the Cabinet comes shortly after he joined the Janata Dal-United, marking his first ministerial role. Santosh Kumar Suman, son of Jitan Ram Manjhi, returns to the government after previously serving under Nitish Kumar.

Nitish Mishra, the son of Jagannath Mishra, also received a Ministerial position, having served in the government before but not in the last administration.

The swearing-in ceremony at Gandhi Maidan showcased the strength of the BJP-led NDA, with key Union Ministers and alliance leaders present.

Following his election to the Rajya Sabha last month, Nitish Kumar resigned as Chief Minister, paving the way for the formation of a BJP-led government with Samrat Chaudhary taking office.

The newly formed Cabinet reflects a strategic effort to balance social and regional interests, although the allocation of specific portfolios for the new Ministers is still pending.
