Chelsea misfit's transfer blocked because of Nicolas Jackson as statement released

Nicolas Jackson's move to Bayern Munich resulted in forgotten Chelsea man Axel Disasi being left stranded at Stamford Bridge. Disasi, who joined Chelsea from Monaco in 2023 for £38million, doesn't seem to be part of Enzo Maresca's future plans.
The centre back spent the latter half of last season on loan atAston Villa, where he had a mixed stint under former Arsenal boss Unai Emery. Despite Levi Colwill's long-term injury, Disasi remains behind Trevoh Chalobah, Tosin Adarabioyo, Benoit Badiashile, Wesley Fofana and Josh Acheampong in the pecking order at Stamford Bridge. It seemed inevitable the 27-year-old would leave, with his old club Monaco reportedly keen to re-sign him. However, Jackson's loan move to Bundesliga champions Bayern, which netted Chelsea an additional £14.3m with an obligation to buy for £56.2m if he makes a certain number of appearances, dashed Disasi's hopes of leaving as FIFA rules would have prevented him from returning to the Ligue 1 side.
Jackson's move to Germany was the final international loan transfer Chelsea could make without breaching FIFA rules. Ahead of the 2024/25 season, football's global governing body limited clubs to loaning out no more than six players abroad.
Jackson's departure marked the last loan move Chelsea could approve, leaving Disasi stuck at Stamford Bridge. Despite this, clubs from Saudi Arabia and Turkey are said to be interested in the defender.
The transfer window in Saudi Arabia remains open until September 23, while the Turkish market closes on September 12. Besiktas are believed to be considering a move for Disasi, with Saudi Pro League side Neom also previously linked.
Meanwhile, Disasi finds himself on the outskirts at Stamford Bridge, a position Jackson would have been in had he stayed at the club. The future of the Senegalese international appeared to be rooted in Bavaria, until Bayern's honorary president Uli Hoeness told Sport1: "There will definitely not be a permanent contract" for Jackson unless he "plays 40 games from the start."

This statement sparked a fiery response from Jackson's agent Diomansy Kamara, who took to Instagram and wrote: "Many speak, but few tell the truth. That's not the topic today. Our only priority is Senegal's decisive match for World Cup qualification.
"This is a crucial moment for the entire nation. Our journey, our ethics, and our way of working are well known - first as footballers and now as advisors to African players. It's time for a united front. The rest will be dealt with later, at the appropriate time. End of story."
Jackson made a substitute appearance in Senegal's 2-0 win over Sudan in their African World Cup qualification match. His move to Bayern turned into an unpredictable transfer saga, as he was initially ordered to return to west London, after Blues' forward Liam Delap suffered a hamstring injury in their 2-0 home victory over Fulham.
The ex-Villarreal forward was furious and insisted on remaining in Germany to close out a move. However, he did not have to return in the end, as Chelsea recalled young forward Marc Guiu from his loan spell at Sunderland, enabling Jackson to complete his switch to Vincent Kompany's side.
