ICSE ISC board exam 2026: CISCE 10th 12th datesheet released, check full schedule here..

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has released the datesheet for the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) and Indian School Certificate (ISC) exams. According to the timetable, the Class 10th (X) exam will be held from February 17 to March 30, 2026, and the Class 12th (XII) exam will be held from February 12 to April 6, 2026.

How Many Students Will Participate in the Exams?
According to CISCE, 4.1 lakh students will appear for the exams this year, across both classes. Of these, 2.6 lakh students will appear for the ICSE exam, and 1.5 lakh students will appear for the ISC exam.

Exam Shifts and Timings
The Council will conduct board exams for both classes in two shifts. 12th-grade exams will be conducted from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., and the second shift will be conducted from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

In addition, 10th-grade exams will also be conducted in two shifts. The first shift will begin at 9 a.m., and the second shift will end at 11 a.m. Note that the time allotted for some 10th-grade subjects will be 2 hours, while for some papers, 3 hours will be allotted.
