Former DC Pradip Kumar Talukdar Arrested For LPAI: Karimganj Police

GUWAHATI: Former Deputy Commissioner of Karimganj, Pradip Kumar Talukdar, was captured here on Saturday night by Karimganj Police regarding the Land Port Authority of India (LPAI) case number 756/19 under Section 120 (B)/420/468/471/409 IPC and 19 other cases.  Pradip Kumar Talukdar has been supposedly associated with control during area obtaining for LPAI at Karimganj.

Prior, he was suspended on July 19, 2019 when he was working at the Cooperative Department in Guwahati. In the interim, three others were at that point captured in Karimganj with reference to these cases.
